Itinerary
Day 1: Arusha to Karatu (140.3 km

Guest will be picked up and drive to Karatu Travellers heading for the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater will inevitably pass through the town of Karatu in the green hills of Tanzania’s northern highlands. Presided over by the towering Ol Deani Volcano, this small, colourful town serves as a popular overnight stop for visitors exploring the area’s many game parks. The town offers a variety of activities including browsing the bustling marketplace, sampling beer at a local brewery, visiting a traditional Iraqw homestead, or taking a guided walk through the Ngorongoro Forest in search of waterfalls and elephants caves.

Day 2: Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater (15.1 km)

Guest will have early breakfast and drive to Ngorongoro Crater Located in Northern Tanzania, the Ngorongoro Crater is best known for its natural beauty and abundance of diverse wildlife; which makes it one of Africa’s most popular safari destinations. Surrounded by Tanzania’s highlands, this UNESCO-listed crater is said to be the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera. Visitors can look forward to spotting the world-renowned Big Five and a host of other wildlife species including large herds of zebra and wildebeest.

Perched on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater, the magnificent Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge is the only property on the eastern rim of this World Heritage Site.
Accommodating 186 guests in its 97 spacious en-suite bedrooms, the Lodge has its own private road to the crater floor. The Lodge is perfectly situated to explore the abundant game in what is often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World”. Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Ndutu (22.0 km)

Guest will have breakfast and depart towards the Serengeti National Park, through the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Leaving the highlands behind. Seronera is In the Central park area, which is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park, featuring the Seronera River Which provides a valuable water source to this area and therefore attracts wildlife well representative of most of the Serengeti’s species We arrive in time for lunch and then will go on an afternoon game drive.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Region

Accommodation: Serengeti Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp / Similar
Guest will depart this morning after breakfast will get on an early morning game drive in Central Serengeti looking for hunting predators, then return to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast, you will be given a packed lunch and will drive towards the North Serengeti for game drives. The great migration is supposed to be in this area from late July to mid-October crossing the famous Mara river to Maasai Mara reserve in Kenya and back to Serengeti. You will have high opportunity to see them crossing while the crocodiles in the river attack them. The North Serengeti has also lots of big cats, elephants, giraffes, impalas, hippos and it is another good place to see the endangered black rhino. You will return to the lodge after for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Region

After an early breakfast you will drive to Lobo area for game drives. Lobo is the area in North-East of Serengeti National park with unique landscape, and you will have high opportunity to see leopards, cheetahs, big prides of lions, the rare clip-springer antelopes and others. In the late afternoon you will continue to Central Serengeti. You will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay after.

Serengeti National Park
Situated in the south of Serengeti . With fantastic beautiful views to the African Savannah. In the best spot to enjoy the migration from December to April. The camps enable guest to experience an authentic African safari and at the same time offering the perfect balance between comfort, intimacy and splendid isolation. The camp is ecofriendly running on solar lighting. The camp consists of tent double spacious fully furnished tents and one familly tent with en suite facilities, including a separate en suite WC and bucket shower. The camp completes its facilities with a mess tent where meals are served and a lounge tent. Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp –Open from December to April in the southern plains of Serengeti in the Serengeti National Park side.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Region to Kampala (857.8 km)

After breakfast, you may go for shopping in the market and after you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure for to Entebbe International Airport. On arrival, you will be picked up by our guide and taken for overnight stay at the hotel.

Cassia Lodge is located on Buziga Hill, one of the highest hills of Kampala, close to Lake Victoria. The environment is cool with an astonishing view of the lake as well as the city.
The lodge offers excellent international cuisine in a serene environment. In addition, there are conference facilities, a business centre, wireless internet connection, a large swimming pool and
20 luxurious rooms with satelite television, bar and balcony overlooking the lake.
Day 7: Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park (308.0 km)

Guest will grab early breakfast and drive to Kibale Forest national Park Located in southern Uganda, Kibale Forest National Park is said to be home to the highest density of primates in Africa. Although the highlight of the park is the habituated chimpanzees, the treetops are alive with all manner of monkey including: red-tailed monkey, L’Hoest’s monkey, grey-cheeked mangabey, red colobus and black and white colobus monkeys are all spotted here. When you’re not searching for monkeys there are over 300 bird species and an incredible 250 species of butterfly to keep you busy.

Kibale Foret Camp is located in a patch of evergreen forest, just outside the southern part of the National Park. It borders the Magombe swamp, known for the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary and is a mere It is a 10 min drive to Kanyanchu Visitor Center, the place from where the chimp track will start. Kibale Forest Camp offers an affordable classic canvas experience in the form of 10 African safari-style tents tucked away in a lush forest. A budget alternative is the lazy camping on the campsite. Complemented by excellent food served in a cosy grass-thatched restaurant, the camp forms the perfect base from which to explore the area.
Day 8: Kibale Forest to Southern Queen Elizabeth National Park (103.0 km)

Guest will have breakfast drive you to Queen Elizabeth National Park which is one of the most popular parks in Uganda, the Queen Elizabeth National Park lies in the western region of the country. In the northern part of the park, visitors can look forward to boating along the Kasinga Channel, which is home to the largest population of hippos in the world and an abundance of Nile crocodiles.

Day 9: Southern Queen Elizabeth National Park

This morning guest will wake up early. A little before sunrise coffee, tea and donuts will be served in the lounge before we head out for a long game drive in time to see the first rays of light. You will search for all the wildlife in the park and are likely to come across Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Waterbuck, Leopard, Uganda Kob, and many Warthogs.
A well-deserved brunch will be served back at the lodge in the late morning.
In the afternoon you will take a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel which joins Lake George and Lake Edward.
Here, you will see a lot of hippos (more than you can possibly imagine, as well as a variety of other animals which come to the waterhole to drink or bathe.

Parkview Safari Lodge is a Uganda safari lodge located in Queen Elizabeth National Park in the Kyambura area. The lush en-suite cottages are nicely placed in a natural ecosystem setting crafted using natural materials and fitted with canvas that blends with their surroundings. The cottages are thatched with local grass presenting a cool atmosphere suitable for relaxation while on safari. Day 10: Fort Portal to Bwindi National Park (254.1 km)

Guest will get an early breakfast you will be transferred to Ishasha sector of the park in search of tree climbing lions and other animals. You will proceed to Bwindi National park after passing through the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kigezi terraced hills enroute. You will arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Bwindi National Park
Accommodation: Gorilla Mist Camp, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest / Similar
This morning guest will wake up early and drive to the parks head offices to be briefed about your chimp tracking experience. Kibale Forest National park boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including the chimpanzees. Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, which makes it a perfect place to see them. They are wild animals and are not guaranteed to be seen. In the afternoon after lunch, you will go for the guided swamp walk. The walk (2-3 hours) will take you through grassland, small communities and some beautiful scenery, where the locals are likely to greet you with eager waves.

Gorilla Mist Camp is located in the south-western wing of Ruhija tracking area in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Accommodation at the camp features 3 tented rooms with facilities such as solar electricity, Wi-Fi and constant water supply. Other amenities and services offered are a bar, restaurant, lounge, dining area, fireplace, a balcony and laundry services. Some activities at the camp include bird watching, nature walk and a tour of the nearby village.
Day 12: Bwindi National Park to Kigali city (169.6 km)
This is the last day, guest will pack up and be transferred to the airport.
