This hiking trail is for energetic & fit travelers which would like to hike the mountains of Okapuka by feet to experience the wild bush and some ground living animals. This trail starts at 09h00 and clients will be picked up at 08h00 to depart to Okapuka range. Once clients arrive at Okapuka they will check-in for the hiking trail and by 09h00 they will start their Trail. The Walking trail will end at 14h00 and clients will have lunch at Okapuka Restaurant at their own cost before departing at 14h30 or 15h00 back to Windhoek.
Clients are urged to have long sleeve trousers, hiking shoes or closed sandals, sunglasses, water bottles and binoculars(if available).
What to Expect
The Guide & Clients will start the hiking from the Wooden Bridge all the way to Rock starting point and follow the White Arrows which will guide the clients throughout the complete journey. The hiking will be approximately 30km.
